Welcome to RTG Academy, your premier mentor-based goalkeeping-focused training academy. We are proud to be the leading provider of goalkeeper camps and programs in Austin and the surrounding areas. Our goal is to help athletes enhance their skills in various ways, both on and off the field.

At RTG Academy, we believe in the holistic development of our goalkeepers. Our coaching staff is dedicated to motivating and inspiring athletes to become outstanding individuals, not just athletes. We have carefully selected coaches who embrace the RTG Way, which emphasizes growth, mentorship, and expertise in the goalkeeper position.
RTG Foundation
The RTG Foundation is looking to fill the gap within the pay-to-play soccer system in regards to equity and inclusion for all youth soccer players! We are aware that there is a lack of opportunity in the lower income areas and we are seeking funds to allow children the same opportunity to learn, grow and have their life changed through the art of goalkeeping.

My 2012 went for the first time this year, she absolutely loved it. Loved all the coaches so much, the staff was so helpful, she met great friends, her only sadness is she has to wait another year to do it again!! Great camp and well worth the cost. I was a little on the fence coming in from out of state and the cost of camp if it would be money well spent but I would do it over again 100 times!!! My daughter gained a ton of confidence, worked very hard, and also had so much fun! Thank you to Ryan, Janelle, and all of the coaches and staff!
